If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App. 1. License The App and its underlying code are © 2026 Hung Pham. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s standard EULA (which Apple makes you accept when you install any App Store app). 2. In-App Purchases (Pro) The App offers optional Pro subscriptions: Monthly — auto-renewing, billed each month. Yearly — auto-renewing, billed each year. We are committed to keeping your data on your device. What we collect Almost nothing. Lumen Bible is designed to operate without a server. Specifically: Your bookmarks, highlights, and favorite wallpapers are stored locally on your iPhone in the app’s App Group container. They never leave your device unless you explicitly use the Share feature. Your reading streak and reading-plan progress are stored locally in iOS UserDefaults. The language and translation you pick are stored locally in UserDefaults. Notification preferences are stored locally; the notifications themselves are scheduled by iOS, not by our servers.
